Experience and judgement
You have led teams, made consequential decisions and navigated organisational change. You can connect the practical detail to the business outcome.
Partner with the incremental pathway
If you have led a business, function or team through change, you know that new tools are only part of the work. We are building a network of experienced leaders who want to help organisations turn AI capability into better decisions and better ways of working.
The work we do
We help people build capability by working on decisions and problems that matter to their business.
That often starts by creating time for change. From there, leaders and teams can examine how work gets done, test different approaches and decide what to carry forward. The aim is to leave the capability inside the organisation.
Partners bring their judgement into that work: asking a better question, challenging an assumption, helping a team interpret the evidence and following through on what it learns.
Explore the pathwayWho we are looking for
We welcome experienced leaders across product, marketing, finance, operations and other business functions. That breadth of experience matters as much as familiarity with AI.
You have led teams, made consequential decisions and navigated organisational change. You can connect the practical detail to the business outcome.
You are curious about what AI changes, including the assumptions and habits you may need to reconsider. You do not need to arrive as an AI expert.
You enjoy working alongside clients, trying an approach, checking the result and adapting it. You can facilitate a useful conversation as well as contribute your own view.
You can work independently while learning with trusted peers. You are interested in developing client relationships as well as helping deliver the work.
How we work together
Partners can contribute to client development, session delivery and the work that follows. We agree the role, time commitment and commercial arrangements together, according to the engagement and the experience you bring.
The starting point is a conversation about your background, the work you want to do and where you could make a useful contribution. From there, we can explore the method together and agree a suitable first step.
